Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new rental.

No, we do not let Residents pre‑pay their full lease terms. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
A security deposit is required at lease inception. The amount will be based on the results of your application screening.
“There was no hassle or issue with the weight of “Layla”, my dog. She can live with me here at Bayshore and still be 60 lbs! Other apartments wouldn’t take her. The pet policy is great! Layla has even made other dog friends in the complex and they run around together. The pet stations around the complex are great too.”
