Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.

No, City's End does not allow our Residents to pre-pay their full lease. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.

The community is fantastic! There is so much to do and see. Everything from breweries to ball games, this city has it all. Fountain Square is full of life, and I would encourage everyone to experience it.
From day one, I felt at home, the office staff was professional and knowledgeable. The community felt homey, clean, and bright. I loved the finishes and the location. I knew I would be finding my home at City's End.
So City's End is a really great place to live. Office Staff is kind, Maintenance is super great and fixes problem fast, and the spaces are really beautiful. Really close to downtown, the nightlife and the cool parts of the city. I felt like it was "my place" as soon as I toured.
