"So far my experience has been wonderful. I was referred to JC Hart properties by a former resident who spoke highly of them. In our quest to find a rental during a quick visit to the city we viewed about 4 of their properties. We could tell right away that their standard of living was much higher than most apartment complexes we have viewed or driven by.
