Lakeside is such a safe community. The amenities are unparalleled. We use the basketball court, gym, and clubhouse nearly every day. For a young mom with kiddos didn't think I could downsize from a home but having access to this space and being so close to the Monon and City Center have been more than worth it. The maintenance and support staff are top notch. Strongly recommend Lakeside to my family and friends.
The entire reason I found the apartment in the first place was because other residents had taken the time to write glowing reviews. I have done the same but wanted to go a step further. I would like to commend you on your staff selection. Tammy, Christina and Heather have all been wonderful; incredibly personable, patient, efficient and it has been my distinct pleasure to live at Lakeside as a result. I read a lot if reviews of apartments in the area - one of the complaint themes (not of Lakeside) was slow maintenance staff and unhelpful (for want of a better word) support staff. Well, I can tell you, your team works with absolute efficacy and purpose. They all deeply care about the smooth running of the complex and couldn't be more delightful to new prospects and tenants a like. In short, you have done a first class job in their recruitment and I respect you for the business you run.
