The Edge would love to have your pets at our Indianapolis apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly pet rent for pet owners.

Yes, The Edge and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to a new lease.

No, The Edge does not allow our Residents to pre‑pay their full lease. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
A security deposit is required prior to lease inception. The security deposit will be based on the results of your application screening.
My wife and I had been searching for an apartment for our son and visited over a dozen communities in two days. Thankfully, we found The Edge and the community hit all the right boxes, quiet, safe, convenient, and all the amenities possible………but what really gives the community “The Edge” are the people here. We met with Rachael and Cheri and were blown away by the service, attention, and understanding of our needs for our son. They both went far above and beyond to help us and even contacted us out of hours and before having ever met us when we were trying to set up a tour. Needless to say, he will be moving in very soon.
